Technology Career Program


Also known as TCP, the Technology Career Program offers no-cost part-time programs aimed at equipping unemployed and underemployed adults with technology skills

The TechBridge Technology Career Program addresses barriers and improves economic outcomes through technology training, certification, and employment.

On graduating from the education program, participants interview with partner employers for entry-level technology roles and receive six months of career coaching and mentorship.

Our participants learn business skills to succeed at working for leading corporations, managing money, investing for success. They may train in one or more of these technology skills:

  • Web Development (HTML, Javascript, jQuery)
  • Technical Project Management (Scrum, ITIL)
  • Salesforce
  • ServiceNow
  • Microsoft Azure

Adult Learners

Interested in participating in a Technology Career Program™ class?

We offer multiple ways for you to gain new skills and advance your career.

TCP Youth

We offer this program to middle school and high school-aged students at no cost.

We provide opportunities for students to work on individual STEM projects at home as well as every other week with a live instructor.

Hiring Partners

Interested in becoming a hiring partner?

Your organization will receive early access to our latest group of TCP graduates. These TCP students graduate equipped with in-demand skills.
