The 16th Annual TeeITUp for TechBridge Golf Tournament will be held on at the Golf Club of Georgia.
Co-presenting this annual tournament since , Georgia CIO and SIM Atlanta generously name TechBridge as the event beneficiary each year. Their generosity enables our organization to continue crucial work breaking the cycle of generational poverty through the innovative use of technology.
Mark Farbman (Chief Revenue Officer at ASK Consulting and TeeITUp for TechBridge Chairperson) has been coordinating this fun and meaningful tournament since day one. The tournament is known for bringing together a wide audience of technology leaders. Playing a major role in building each year’s event, Mark generously gives his time and resources to encourage sponsors and executives from major tech companies to enjoy a day of golfing and networking. His consistent support throughout the last 16 years has been vital to the success of the tournament.
We’re also excited to announce this year’s event chairs, Mike Guhl (CIO at HD Supply) and Karen Renner (SVP and CIO at Veritiv).
I am excited to co-chair the 16th annual TeeITUp for TechBridge Golf Tournament. I enjoyed it so much last year. It’s such a great cause and a fun way to raise money to aid TechBridge in achieving its mission!
— Mike Guhl, CIO at HD Supply
I am super excited about returning to TeeITUp for TechBridge as tournament co-chair. This is a remarkable event that gathers the Atlanta technology community for a fun day of golf and networking, but more importantly, to raise awareness and funding for the tremendous impact TechBridge makes on our community each and every day. TechBridge’s mission to use technology to empower organizations and people to break the cycle of generational poverty is changing our community for the better.
— Karen Renner, SVP and CIO at Veritiv
While TechBridge serves as a nonprofit with an important mission, we are also a technology company. That enables our organization to convene innovative tech executives and C-Suite leaders of some of the most influential companies in the nation to make a positive impact on the Atlanta community and beyond. These stakeholders know that technology has the capacity to change the way a company, industry, and society operate, and their support of this event and TechBridge helps take our work forward.
TechBridge is thrilled to be a part of events like this golf tournament, providing the opportunity to network and make connections in the business, technology, and nonprofit communities.
