CONNECTING MULTIPLE NONPROFITS
Children, youth and families in crisis must seek help from multiple independent agencies. If service silos were networked, basic needs and recovery would be coordinated more effectively. CHRIS 180 and several Westside Connect partners committed to establishing a standardized screening and referral process called “Westside Connect.” Working with the TechBridge Dream Big technology grant, a universally-accepted entry process connecting each client in need to a host of services and providers at once and laying the groundwork for more accurate, individualized solutions was implemented. To date, five Westside nonprofits use systems that enable integrated approaches to help families at home, in school and in the community. And, this solution is built to accommodate more nonprofits.
TechBridge’s Mission is to Use Technology to Break the Cycle of Poverty
With your support, we enable nonprofits to get the tools they need to gain insight,
collaborate on services, and provide access to opportunity for the people they serve.
