Delivering Technology, Driving Change

As TechBridge enters its 20th year of service, it seeks a visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to continue a season of transformational change – fortifying its unique mission of breaking the cycle of generational poverty through the innovative use of technology. Equal parts tech consultancy and service provider, TechBridge is wholeheartedly determined to building a better world and evolving their organization onto a national platform. This next CEO will require the growth mindset of an entrepreneur, the operational focus of an administrator, and a heavy dose of idealistic conviction. The successful candidate must be mission driven and eager to lead, guide, and champion this work.

Founded in 2000 and headquartered in Atlanta, GA, in the last decade, TechBridge has expanded to sites in Birmingham, AL and Nashville, TN. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will have responsibility for more than 40 employees and an annual budget of approximately $5 million. Fully persuaded that technology must be a part of solving some of the world’s toughest social challenges, TechBridge insists that nonprofits can and should enjoy exponentially greater impact by having smarter systems and connected data at their fingertips. To that end, TechBridge’s dedicated consultants and engineers offer some 50,000 client organizations high-tech solutions, to streamline and scale their operations; while also providing technology training to the communities that need it most—creating a pathway to vital jobs and the promise of a better tomorrow.

The CEO must possess the ability and the enthusiasm to serve as a visible and inspiring advocate for both the organization and the communities it serves. He or she will engage stakeholders, inspire a committed staff, optimize the experience of new and returning clients, grow private philanthropy investment, and execute the current strategic plan for expansion. TechBridge’s next leader will be a mission-driven, proven executive of inspired and creative leadership, tenaciously committed to positioning TechBridge at the forefront of nonprofit technology consulting. The strongest candidate will be known for results, a bias toward action, and a record of effective administrative management in challenging environments, including accomplishments in navigating complexity and change with financial acumen.
