Under the program, TechBridge provides a blend of services to meet the specific technology needs of your organization. The plan provides comprehensive ongoing, regularly-scheduled preventative computer and network support to maintain a stable and productive computing environment and reduce downtime. All at an all inclusive, fixed monthly fee so there are no budgetary surprises.
Scheduled services include Strategic Planning and Consulting Services as well as on-call response network troubleshooting.

- Review of server logs and general health of servers
- Applying patches, service packs and updates
- Updates to security and virus protection
- Review of the network components, tuning of components, review of logs, etc.

Managed by NPower, TechAtlas is an online tool that helps nonprofits assess, plan for and manage the technology they need to make an even greater difference in their communities. TechAtlas walks nonprofits through the technology planning process, from creating a vision of how technology could be most effective in their organizations, to assessing and prioritizing their needs, to generating a final report that can be shared with board and staff. Additionally, advanced features of TechAtlas provide tools to manage existing technology more effectively, such as online inventorying, help desk tracking and special assessments.
