Under the program, TechBridge provides a blend of services to meet the specific technology needs of your organization. This plan provides comprehensive ongoing, remote and on-site preventative technical support to maintain a stable and productive computing environment and reduce downtime. All at an all inclusive, fixed monthly fee so there are no budgetary surprises.
Managed services include Strategic Planning and Consulting Services as well as on-call response troubleshooting.
- Remote and on-site Desktop and server support
- Helpdesk support for basic operational and technical questions (i.e., Microsoft Office)
- End User support
- Review of server logs and general health of servers
- Applying patches, service packs and updates
- Updates to security and virus protection
- Review of the network components, tuning of components, review of logs, etc.
- Validation of backups, strategy, and assurance of restore capability
- Maintaining accurate documentation of your organization's technology environment

Managed by NPower, TechAtlas is an online tool that helps nonprofits assess, plan for and manage the technology they need to make an even greater difference in their communities. TechAtlas walks nonprofits through the technology planning process, from creating a vision of how technology could be most effective in their organizations, to assessing and prioritizing their needs, to generating a final report that can be shared with board and staff. Additionally, advanced features of TechAtlas provide tools to manage existing technology more effectively, such as online inventorying, help desk tracking and special assessments. To date, more than 13,000 nonprofits have used TechAtlas to help manage their technology and plan for future needs.
