TechBridge, a nonprofit that provides reduced- priced technology services to other nonprofits, wants to know what group in Atlanta was the most innovative in 2005.  TechBridge is seeking applications for its fifth annual Technology Innovation Award, which will be presented May 6 at one of the tech community's biggest events:  the Digital Ball.  The deadline for applications is Feb. 10.  The winner receives tens of thousands of dollars in consulting, software and cash.  Winning last year was Hemophilia of Georgia Inc. More than 1,160 people attended last year's event, which raised $1.1 million for TechBridge.  The Digital Ball is hosted by information technology consultant Accenture Ltd.  For info, go to www.techbridge.org.
