Invoice/Payment Information

Upon receipt of your Sponsor Commitment Form, we will invoice you for the appropriate sponsorship level. Click here if you need TechBridge's W9 or Employer Identification Number (EIN).

Please make checks payable to 'TechBridge Digital Ball' and mail to:

If you would like to make payment by credit card, please do so via the Donations page on the TechBridge website. In the 'Comments' section of the donations form please note your Digital Ball invoice number so that we know the donation is to settle an outstanding Digital Ball invoice.

Ad Specifications for Digital Ball Program

Ad Size:	Full Page Ad (7.5" x 9.5") Terabyte - full page, color Gigabyte - full page, black & white Half-Page Ad (7.5" x 4.6875") Megabyte - half page, black & white Quarter Page Ad (3.6875" x 4.6875 vertical) Kilobyte - quarter page, black & white Publication Size: Final page size and binding TBD. Publisher requires 133-150 line screen (not over 150 please)
File Formats:	Only InDesign (Mac), Illustrator (Mac), EPS files, or PDF files will be accepted. All Mac versions, including CS, are acceptable. Quark XPress files are unacceptable - please export to high-resolution EPS or PDF. EPS and PDF files must be high-resolution (300 dpi). Create your ad to the file size shown above. If using Illustrator files, embed any art files to help prevent file confusion. Convert all fonts to outlines. Art and photos - set in CMYK mode, either EPS or Tiff format.
Resolution:	All artwork must be HIGH resolution - 300 pixels per inch. Low-resolution (72 dpi) images that work on the web are unacceptable for printing. Please provide 300 dpi resolution for all photo and logo files. Any file submitted at a lower resolution will not print well.
File Names:	Please indicate your company's name in your ad file name to avoid confusion and the possibility of duplicate file names. (i.e. CoName_db_ad2008.pdf)

Incentives for Early Sponsorship Commitment

Sponsors who commit to a $10,000 sponsorship or above by December 31, 2007 will receive an additional ticket to the Digital Cocktail on March 27, 2008.
