Karen is originally from Michigan and moved to Atlanta in 2003. She joined TechBridge in July of 2006, bringing 20 years of business success and project management to the team. Her skills include training, motivating and managing a team, account maintenance, and client relations. Karen also has an extensive customer service background. In her previous job, Karen assisted in the design and implementation of reporting procedures to reduce labor costs and improve customer-satisfaction ratings.
